Natalia Malyshkina

Natalia Malyshkina, Esq. is an experienced U.S. immigration attorney with over 13 years of practice and has served as attorney of record for 1,000+ clients nationwide. She has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for multiple years and named a Top Rated Immigration Attorney in San Francisco, California. Natalia focuses on complex employment-based immigration matters, including EB-1A, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), O-1A, H-1B, PERM, E-2, L-1, E-3, and related visa and green card strategies, as well as asylum and family-based immigration. Her clients include Ph.D.-level researchers, scientists, engineers, founders, executives, academics, athletes, and entrepreneurs, many working at the forefront of technology, advanced manufacturing, research, and innovation in Silicon Valley and across the USA. Natalia regularly represents clients from major Silicon Valley companies, venture capital firms, and startups. Before founding her law firm, Natalia worked in California’s mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering consulting industry, volunteered at San Francisco Superior Court, worked in an immigration law firm, and owned a translation business specializing in political asylum interviews and immigration documentation. She also served as an Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law at Alliant International University. Natalia earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from San Francisco Law School and holds business degrees from universities in Finland and Russia (2005).
