I serve as General Counsel and Secretary at Onterris, bringing nearly 20 years of legal practice to my leadership of the company’s legal, risk, and governance functions. I help teams move quickly, manage risk with clarity, and stay focused on execution in service of planet and progress. Before joining Onterris, I was a corporate associate at Paul Hastings LLP, where I advised business entities on corporate and business law matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. I also acted as the firm’s first knowledge management attorney for the global mergers and acquisitions practice, helping to establish databases and best practices, as well as the implementation of technology.
