I structured and drafted governance to create a fully compliant medical equipment sales management services company that now operates multiple medical practices across CA. I led an acquisition enabling a dry cleaning chain to acquire 5 more locations; facilitated purchase of 2 surgery centers that expanded a medical practice; and negotiated a partnership between a retail entity and mega-liquor company that led to the creation of a unique retail concept around an iconic brand.
