About Molly Markley
My practice is focused on trademark, copyright and advertising law. I represent clients in obtaining trademark and copyright registrations in the US and throughout the world. I also represent clients in infringement disputes and appear regularly in trademark opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. I also advise clients with respect to Internet domain names. My clients include a wide range of trademark owners, including software publishers, consumer product manufacturers, and internet online service providers. I also provide advertising agencies and other marketing service providers in their development of advertising campaigns for their third-party clients. Prior to attending law school, I worked at the Art Institute of Chicago. Young Basile is an intellectual property and litigation firm that represents leading global companies, regional technology-driven companies and emerging businesses.
