Dedicated and results-oriented Executive Director with over 16 years of experience leading the Dispute Resolution Institute, Inc. (DRI) in some capacity towards excellence in conflict resolution services. As the management leader, I oversee the organization's administration, programs, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals. My expertise spans fundraising, program development, pro bono programming, and community outreach, crucial for sustaining organizational growth and impact. With a robust background in grant administration and financial management, I've secured multi-year grant awards, managed fiscal responsibilities, and ensured strict adherence to regulatory requirements. Collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders, including board members, staff, and external partners, I foster consensus, drive change initiatives, and uphold organizational integrity. In addition to my executive role, I'm passionate about education and training. I serve as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Southern Illinois University School of Law, where I impart mediation skills and advanced dispute resolution knowledge to future legal professionals. I am also a master-trainer for the Illinois State Bar Association and co-host 40-Hour Civil and Family Mediation Trainings multiple times per year.
