I help clients evaluate and resolve their disputes--or take them to trial. I have significant trial experience in a wide variety of complex matters, including employment disputes, discrimination, fraud, and real estate and land use--on behalf of private clients and state and local governments and universities. I believe in looking at a dispute to figure out the resolution that best suits the client and the situation, but I have the trial and hearing experience to backup my client's position.I've been honored to serve as an Assistant Attorney General for the state of Texas, representing the state, its universities, and its employees, and as an Assistant City Attorney in Austin. Before I moved to Texas, I clerked for The Honorable Gladys Kessler of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and was associated with Dechert Price & Rhoads and Friedman Kaplan Seiler & Adelman LLP in New York City. I am admitted to practice in Texas, New York, and New Jersey.
