Litigation • Successfully conducted complex civil litigation including but not limited to: medical malpractice, brain injury cases, automobile accidents, insurance bad faith, construction litigation, contract dispute, consumer protection violations, and probate disputes, in both state and federal court. • Successfully conducted litigation in a variety of criminal cases including but not limited to: felony and misdemeanor charges for vehicular homicide, theft, embezzlement, conversion, fraud, theft of services, wanton endangerment, and driving under the influence.
