Mike Manesh

Mike S. Manesh has been practicing law in California for over twenty years. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, California, and various Federal and District Courts in the United States, including the Supreme Court. Primarily, Mr. Manesh tackles the complex legal areas of Trust, Estate Planning, Asset Protection Planning, Probate, and Tax Laws. Mr. Manesh's practice is dedicated to helping clients build and protect wealth and prepare for and deal with life cycle events. Mr. Manesh is also a member of WealthCounsel, a collegial membership body of more than 2,500 estate planning attorneys and is recognized as an industry thought leader. He has been and is a strong advocate in the Iranian-American and American community for Estate Planning, both working to eliminate its cultural taboos and raise awareness of its urgency and importance, mainly through his radio show and other Persian media outlets. He has also presented many seminars and workshops and has authored many articles on Estate Planning issues and the use of different Trusts. Mr. Manesh received his legal education at the Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law, cum laude. He also has an engineering background with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Houston and a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.
