Michelle Suskauer

Michelle R. Suskauer, Past President of The Florida Bar, is an AV-rated lawyer who focuses her practice on criminal litigation. She has extensive experience practicing before state and federal courts for over thirty years. She was elected to represent the 15th Judicial Circuit on the Florida Bar Board of Governors from 2010-2017 and then elected to serve as President of The Florida Bar from 2018-2019. Ms. Suskauer is the managing partner of The Suskauer Law Firm, a boutique criminal litigation firm with offices in West Palm Beach, Miami, and Stuart, Florida. She served past president of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, Palm Beach County Chapter. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Palm Beach County Criminal Justice Commission and Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors of The Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County. Ms Suskauer is the legal analyst for WPTV News Channel 5 and WFLX Fox 29, and has appeared numerous times on CNN, MSNBC, NBC, FOX News, WFTL News Radio 850 AM, and WJNO 1290 AM.
