About Michelle Suess

Michelle received a B.S. in Multinational Business Operations from Florida State University, an M.B.A. from the University of North Florida, and a J.D. from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law. She was admitted to practice in Florida on September 21, 2012.Michelle was appointed as an Assistant State Attorney for the Fifth Judicial Circuit and prosecuted cases in Florida state court. She tried both jury trials and non-jury trials to verdict. Michelle left the Office of the State Attorney to pursue private practice and joined Sisco-Law in 2015. At Sisco-Law, Michelle participated in the litigation of civil and criminal cases in federal district court and Florida state court, represented individuals in federal and state administrative hearings and arbitration proceedings, and assisted business and individual clients with varying business concerns. Michelle is a member of The Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and First United Methodist Church of El Dorado. When Michelle lived in Florida, she was a member of Junior League of Tampa and Junior League of Ocala.
