About Michelle Heverly
I am an experienced employment litigator with emphasis on wage and hour claims, employment discrimination and sexual harassment. My practice focuses on nationwide class action matters, with particular expertise and Fair Labor Standards Act and California wage claims. I also counsel employers regarding a variety of human resource matters, including drafting and revising personnel policies, responding to changes in the law, and dealing with problem employees. I also take an active role in Firm leadership, including co-chairing the Associates Committee and serving on the Shareholder Candidate Committee. I currently manage the EPLI Special Counsel program and the Client Data Solutions and Analysis team.
