I advise organizations on complex labor and employment matters with deep expertise in healthcare, aviation, logistics, and other large-scale operating environments, where labor strategy has direct implications for leadership credibility, employee engagement, and business performance. I've taken an intentionally 360-degree approach to my career. I began as a union organizer, became a labor and employment attorney, and have had the privilege of serving in leadership roles for major organizations including Amazon, Providence, and Horizon Air. Understanding labor from both sides of the table allows me to anticipate risks, influence outcomes, and build strategies that drive clarity, trust, and operational resilience. Throughout my career, I’ve built and executed labor strategies that shaped organizational direction and delivered measurable results. I’ve led teams through major organizing campaigns, work stoppages, and rapid-fire labor events; negotiated contracts that set the tone for entire workgroups; and developed system-wide strategies that improved engagement, reduced exposure, and strengthened leadership capability.
