Michele Allen

Michele D. Allen has been a licensed attorney for more than 17 years working in the Labor and Employment law field. Michele brings extensive experience to the firm and has been recognized by her peers in Delaware Today Magazine with a Top Lawyer designation in the area of Labor & Employment Law and in the Pennsylvania and Delaware Super Lawyer Magazine. Allen & Associates continues to maintain a high level practice strongly advocating for each and every one of its clients, focusing on all aspects of employment law, including but not limited to, sexual harassment, discrimination, employee/retiree benefits (ERISA) contract negotiations, risk management and preventative counseling and on-site training, and litigation. Aside from working at the Firm and helping her clients, she is a wonderful mother and wife. Michele is a mother of two beautiful and wonderful boys. She is very supportive of her children by attending their lacrosse games and school activities, along with all the motherly duties. Michele enjoys spending time with her family on the boat during the summers and loves to travel during the winter.
