I oversaw state and federal litigation, negotiated complex transactions, and ensured compliance with California’s evolving regulatory landscape. In my prosecutorial role, I helped develop landmark initiatives—including Functional Zero Street Homelessness and nationally recognized Homeland Security and civil gang-injunction strategies.Before my tenure in Redondo Beach, I served as a Deputy City Attorney and Deputy District Attorney, building a strong foundation in litigation, prosecution, and public service.Today, as Founder and Principal of the Law Office of Michael W. Webb, I draw on this experience to advise clients across California on real estate, government, and business matters.
