About Michael Warren
I head the labor and employment defense practice at McManis Faulkner. I represent employers in a wide variety of labor and employment matters in both state and federal court, including wage and hour matters, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and unlawful harassment. I also represent and defend high-level executives in employment contract negotiations, disputes, and workplace investigations. I have experience in all aspects of litigation and have successfully defended employers in both jury and non-jury trials, as well as before administrative tribunals and government agenices. I also provide general employment law advice and work closely with employers to resolve numerous types of human resources issues and to develop litigation avoidance strategies.
