I have assisted numerous private and public institutions to establish F-1 Foreign Student Programs, while also providing training and counseling on SEVIS compliance. I am also an expert in the field of I-9 compliance. I have defended companies in government initiated I-9 investigations and will regularly work with employers to conduct internal I-9 audits and training.
