I am an attorney who focuses my practice exclusively on Immigration Law. While my firm and I are capable of handling any immigration related issue, based on my years of experience, I dedicate my time to assisting clients who are facing deportation from the U.S., are applying for specific types of immigration benefits with immigration such as applying for a green card or citizenship and any appellate issues concerning same. I know first hand the struggles an immigrant faces in trying to be a part of this great country as my family had to go through all the trials and tribulations of dealing with the U.S. immigration system. Not to mention the pitfalls many immigrants face with malpractice and issues concerning the unlicensed practice of law. Accordingly, my approach is to be direct and provide realistic expectations of the outcome of a client's case. Moreover, I strive to provide my clients with the best representation possible by having an open line of communication should they need to contact me. I truly take pride and am thankful for the knowledge and skills I have acquired throughout the years because it has provided me the opportunity to help so many families realize something my family once realized many years back: The American Dream.
