Michael Lisak

I serve as Counsel in Barnes and Thornburg's Chicago office as part of its national Drugs, Devices and Consumer Products practice. My toxic tort work spans a wide range of exposures — including ethylene oxide, PFAS, hair relaxers, asbestos, talc, and lead paint — while my pharmaceutical experience covers numerous prescription and over-the-counter medications as well as medical devices. I serve as both national and regional counsel in large-scale mass tort litigations and individual lawsuits and have also defended whistleblower allegations involving pharmaceutical sales and marketing practices. I maintain an active pro bono practice focused on constitutional rights.
