About Michael Hernandez
I am an attorney here in San Diego, California, and I have been in the practice of law for more than 16 years. My practice has always been devoted to criminal defense, and over the past 16 years I have developed a reputation and a rapport with the court and local prosecutors, and have achieved incredible successes for my clients. I represent clients in both the state and federal court systems, at the trial level and at the appellate level. I also provide post-conviction relief: where appropriate I can help a client terminate probation or supervised release, expunge criminal convictions, or explore habeas corpus options for clients facing immigration consequences. My office serves all of Southern California, including the counties of San Diego, Imperial, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles.
