About Michael Foster
As Co-Founder and Partner at Foster Wallace Personal Injury Lawyers, I've spent the past 18 years fighting for victims of negligence, from catastrophic injuries and wrongful death to car, truck, and motorcycle accidents. Before starting Foster Wallace, I spent years as a partner at one of the largest law firms in the country, representing major national clients and learning firsthand how the toughest defense firms and insurance companies build their cases. That insider knowledge now works entirely in my clients' favor.I've argued before state, federal, and appellate courts across the country and secured results our clients can feel: a $7.25M trucking wrongful death settlement, a $1.1M car wreck settlement in Kansas City, a $1M wrongful death recovery, and dozens of six- and seven-figure outcomes for injury victims across Missouri and Kansas. I also first-chaired a pro bono jury trial that led to a statewide smoking ban in Missouri prisons — the largest known verdict of its kind.I've been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Personal Injury Litigation, a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 attorney, and received the Missouri Bar's Pro Bono Publico Award for my commitment to clients who couldn't otherwise afford legal help.
