About Michael Ferrara
Michael A. Ferrara, Jr. has been an attorney since 1972. His areas of expertise are primarily in the fields of personal injury litigation. That includes medical malpractice, defective products, contruction accidents, auto crashes, and premises liability cases. In addition, he has litigated and settled cases where one company is suiing another in civil litigation. He has tried over 250 jury trials. He is a certified civil trial attorney, having been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a past president of ATLA-NJ and past president of the Civil Justice Foundation. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, one of only 500 in the world. He was an attorney in the historic $200 billion settlement with the tobacco industry, and more recently, part of the team in the the $4.85 billion VIoxx settlement.
