Michael Feinstein

Michael E. Feinstein is Of Counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, an international law firm, and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Operations Department. Mr. Feinstein is a highly successful and respected litigator with experience in all facets of commercial and real estate litigation, including lease and other contract disputes, landlord-tenant litigation, brokerage disputes, corporation, partnership and limited liability company disputes, condominium and co-op litigation, creditors'​ rights, mortgage foreclosure and condemnation law. Mr. Feinstein is well known for thinking "outside the box"​ and devising creative and practical solutions to the needs of his clients in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. Mr. Feinstein is also an accomplished appellate advocate, having successfully briefed and argued numerous appeals before the New York State appellate courts. Mr. Feinstein was the co-author of the bi-monthly landlord-tenant law column published in the New York Law Journal.
