Michael Duncan

Michael L. ("Mike") Duncan has been a Florida trial attorney for nearly 25 years. Mr. Duncan also has extensive trial and courtroom experience representing clients in business and other types of disputes in federal and state courts. He has successfully represented clients in trials and disputes involving contract disputes, fiduciary duty breaches, disputes amongst business partners or co-venturers, misappropriation of trade secrets, tortious interference claims, franchise disputes, non-compete agreements and confidentiality agreements, collections, real estate disputes, fraud, misrepresentation, bankruptcy and creditor’s rights, intellectual property claims, computer fraud and abuse, data theft, insurance contract disputes, property damage claims, real estate disputes, and trust and estate related litigation.
