Michael Curran

I have over 25 years of Litigation and Business Experience in Contracts, Labor/Employment, Personal Injury, Aviation Civil Litigation and Legal Dispute Resolution. In addition to maintaining a successful law firm since 1990, I have served as VP/corporate counsel to the Tri-City Healthcare District, Inc., Medical Acquisition Corporation, Ovation Jets, Inc., Dynabil Industries, Inc., as well as assisting dozens of other businesses/companies in their legal concerns. I have counseled and lectured to numerous Fortune 100/500 company CEO’s on Employment Law, Litigation Management/Prevention and Resolution with The Executive Committee, Inc. ["TEC"]. I have served the North and San Diego County courts for over 10 years as a Judge Pro Tem and Settlement Conference Judge and have taught as Adjunct Faculty for Mira Costa College as a Business Law Professor. I have also served numerous times as a legal expert commentator for KUSI and other local television stations and have been the live on site event announcer for the US Triathlon Series, San Diego Marathon, La Jolla Half-Marathon and approximately 600 other triathlon, running, cycling and fitness events across the country. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Law and Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law as well as an Airline Transport Pilot and Flight Instructor Certificates.
