For over 36 years, I have practiced in various aspects of municipal law, including civil, criminal and administrative areas. Represent municipalities at administrative, trial and appellate litigation levels, in both criminal prosecution and public sector defense, including law enforcement Section 1983 defense cases in Federal and State court, as well as defending political subdivisions from various other actions. Vast experience in crafting municipal legislation and/or policy. Represent public and private clients in planning and zoning & real estate matters, including conservation easements. Extensive liquor license and entertainment experience.
