I am the Americas Chair of the firm's Employment & Compensation Practice. I specialize in employment litigation and trial work. For more than two decades, I have represented global and domestic clients in a range of labor and employment matters, including the defense of wage and hour class actions, trade secrets and non-compete litigation, whistleblower retaliation, discrimination, wrongful discharge in addition to employment contract, sexual harassment and related claims. Companies frequently call upon me to step into difficult cases even when handled by other firms. I have served as lead trial counsel on state and federal multi-district class actions as well as high-stakes single-plaintiff cases.
