About Michael Baytosh
Mr. Baytosh is a 1994 graduate of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Mike enhanced his classroom experience with an emphasis in trial practices; prior to graduation he served as a courtroom trial clerk in the federal district court in Sacramento and as a legal extern to the Honorable Peter A. Nowinski. Mike was admitted to the Bar in 1995 and began his legal career at Porter Scott soon after. He became a shareholder of the firm in January 2001.From January 2010 to August 2014, Mike partnered his practice with the Prout LeVangie litigation firm. Today, the Baytosh Law Firm is dedicated to protecting businesses in litigation, entity formation and management. He is an active arbitrator and mediator serving as Judge Pro Tem in several Northern California counties.Specialties: Mr. Baytosh's clients benefit from his diverse litigation experience, though his practice focuses on medical and professional malpractice, products liability, management-based labor/employment matters and general tort liability, in the private and public domain.
