Michael Barron

A significant portion of my practice has devoted to representing digital marketing and media companies and technology providers. I have provided legal services for clients including Google, DoubleClick, Performics, Narrative Science and Info.com. I also provide general business representation to clients outside the technology space and practice in the area of estate planning. I have served as the managing shareholder for my firm for the past 16 years. We employ 18 lawyers whose practice areas include commercial real estate development, litigation, general business services, estate planning and probate administration, family law, mediation and a number of other areas. We also have a title company to assist with real estate transactions.
