About Micaela Banach
I am an accomplished labor and employment litigator with more than 20 years of experience advising and defending employers in complex workplace matters. I take a strategic, practical approach to high-stakes disputes and am focused on helping clients navigate risk, resolve challenges efficiently, and achieve strong outcomes. My practice includes extensive experience litigating employment cases in state and federal courts, trying jury and bench trials, handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims, and successfully arguing an appeal before the Fourth District Court of Appeal. I am deeply engaged in the San Diego legal community and have served in leadership roles including President of the San Diego County Bar Foundation and as a Master in the American Inns of Court. I am also actively involved in philanthropic efforts supporting underprivileged communities by expanding access to funding, public service initiatives, and legal services.
