About Melissa Clark
Clark has more than 30 years of experience in California land use and natural resource law. His clients include public agencies, renewable energy companies, agricultural concerns, mitigation and conservation bankers, and builders and developers. In addition to his expertise in land use and water supply issues, Clark is recognized nationally for his concentration in state and federal wetlands, endangered species and other natural resource laws. Clark is co-author of the recently-published treatise, Natural Resource Regulation in California: A Practical Guide to Agency Permitting and Procedures.
