Meghan Tepas

I am a litigator, through and through. I love the practice and I refuse to let up when faced with a difficult dispute on behalf of my clients. I am creative and I work every angle of the case to secure a win. My practice is largely focused on family trust, estate, and fiduciary disputes, and general commercial litigation, often involving family owned and closely held businesses. While I fight as hard as anyone, it is important to me to always fight with professionalism and integrity. I strongly believe that if a lawyer can only win by bending the rules and playing dirty, that isn’t a very good lawyer. I am member of both the Illinois and Indiana bar and have practiced with my colleagues in other states throughout the country.
