About Megan Kuhlmann
I graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2006 magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Studies. I went on to receive my Juris Doctor, with distinction, from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2010. While in law school, I served as a board member of the Student Bar Association, was president of the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity, and was a Student Director of the Housing and Employment Law Clinic.I joined YLAW, P.C. in 2010 and was recently named partner. I am admitted to practice before all New Mexico state and federal courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. My practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis in workers’ compensation and medical malpractice defense. I am member of the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association and the New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Association.
