Megan Juel

I advise management teams, senior executives, compensation committees and public and private companies on executive compensation and employee benefits issues, as well as related tax and securities law matters, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financings, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions. I also represent employers and executives in the negotiation, design and implementation of employment, severance and change-in-control arrangements, deferred compensation plans, and equity and other incentive compensation plans and arrangements. I have experience in federal and state labor and employment matters as well. I graduated cum laude from Yale University, earning my bachelor's degree with academic distinction in my major, and hold a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, from which I also graduated cum laude.
