About Megan Daic
I’m passionate about transforming the way people communicate, negotiate, and lead — with empathy at the center.As an attorney, educator, and entrepreneur, I’ve spent my career helping others navigate conflict and build connection — whether through the courtroom, classroom, or technology.I currently serve as a Coach on the National Dispute Resolution Team at St. Mary’s Law School and I teach at UH Law Center. Previously I served as the former Director of Dispute Resolution at the University of Houston Law Center, where I coached and mentored future lawyers in negotiation, mediation, and client advocacy. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand how empathy, preparation, and perspective-taking create more effective advocates and stronger teams.I’m also the Founder of Empathic Edge, a platform using AI-driven roleplay to help professionals and students practice real-world negotiation and communication skills.
