MEGAN CURINGA

Megan E. Curinga is a Partner at Hinman, Howard & Kattell and a member of the Real Estate, Oil and Gas, and Banking and Financial Practice Groups. She concentrates her practice in advising clients and lending institutions on all aspects of real estate transactions. Megan’s clients include individuals and lending institutions, she provides advice and expertise in the purchase and sale of real property, contract negotiation and preparation. She also handles a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including loans, leases, purchases, sales, and other transactions for purchasers, sellers, lenders, investors, and borrowers throughout New York State and Pennsylvania. Megan devotes time to the community by serving on the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee and the Board of the Philharmonic, executive committee and community engagement committee. She was also appointed to the New York State Bar Task Force on Homelessness.
