Maureen Bogue

Maureen is the Head of the Compliance and Workplace Investigations practice at Saber Law Group. She has over 30 years' experience as an employment litigator and counselor and 20 years as a workplace investigator. She has represented numerous companies throughout the state in employment litigation matters. Her 30 years of experience ranges from serving as in-house employment counsel for a global engineering and construction company to being a partner in a large, international law firm. Maureen advises California employers on issues such as leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, disability accommodation, and performance management, by providing “real world” solutions to employment compliance dilemmas. Maureen has experience advising federal contractors, employers in the construction, clean energy, and biotech industries, and partnering with employers to conduct audits of HR and wage and hour policies, procedures, and documentation. Maureen heads up Saber Law Group's workplace investigations arm, Vérité Workplace Investigations, which is devoted to conducting unbiased and impartial attorney workplace investigations. For over 20 years, Maureen has been engaged to investigate sensitive workplace complaints of sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, some raised against executives and members of the HR and Legal departments. Maureen has been recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer every year since 2016.
