Matthias is an employment and commercial litigator with a diverse practice ranging from representing individuals and businesses in employment discrimination cases and FLSA wage/hour litigation, to representing government employees in termination and licensing appeals, to representing landlords and tenants in commercial lease disputes and unlawful detainers, to representing companies and company officers/agents in contract and business disputes. Matthias has litigation and ADR experience advocating in Virginia courts, in Federal courts, in front of the American Arbitration Association, and in mediation.
