He has lectured for the New York State Trial Lawyers in the area of trial preparation. His practice has focused exclusively in personal injury litigation and medical malpractice for over 27 years and has been involved in hundreds of trials, including over 150 jury verdicts all involving personal injury cases and medical malpractice on Long Island and the New York Metropolitan area in both state and federal courts. He has won many seven and six figure verdicts and settlements for his clients. "Representing individuals who have been injured, developing a personal relationship with the client, and helping them through a difficult time has been the most rewarding aspect of my practice. I am most proud and honored that even after a case is concluded, I remain close friends with many of my clients." Matthew and his wife Andrea live in East Setauket with their twin daughters Emilie and Natalie. They are actively involved in multiple charities and in their community. Matthew is an Assistant Coach for the Three Village Soccer Club, the largest youth organization in the Three Village/Stony Brook community. The family enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities including skiing, cycling, running, hiking, fishing, soccer, and swimming.
