I am a labor relations and workplace safety attorney, proudly working for Seyfarth Shaw in its Chicago office.As a workplace safety attorney, I advise some of the world's largest companies on federal, state, and local workplace safety and health regulations, and work with them to confront the various challenges and dilemmas associated with workplace safety. I also represent and defend employers in various workplace safety and health enforcement actions, including OSHA inspections, citations and contests.As a labor relations attorney, I provide support and representation to employers in every form of labor proceeding and facet of labor relations, including representation proceedings, arbitrations, collective bargaining, and labor relations litigation.I also have a wide array employment law experience, including wage and hour compliance, class and collective actions, employee performance and separation issues, state litigation arising under the Illinois Whistleblower Act and Illinois State Officials and Employees Ethics Act, and federal litigation arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
