I am a partner at McManis Faulkner with more than 20 years of trial work in civil litigation coupled with my experience as Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, New York. My civil trial experience covers many areas, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour law claims, trade secrets misappropriation, copyright infringement, and breach of contract. I am also an experienced appellate lawyer at both the state and federal levels. I am a certified Appellate Law specialist and am the Chair of McManis Faulkner's Appellate Practice Group. I am admitted to practice in California and New York, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Federal Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California.
