Matthew Pearce

I represent individuals and corporations in government investigations and prosecutions, as well as in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. In recent years, I have represented leading companies in industries such as banking, technology, medicine, and energy. I also defend businesses and individuals in criminal investigations by the United States Department of Justice and state law enforcement agencies, as well as in civil enforcement actions by agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Health and Human Services. A significant portion of my practice also involves representing employers in lawsuits involving claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, FLSA violations, claims related to restrictive covenant agreements, and other similar claims.
