I am an attorney and principal of the Griffith Law Group- an Indiana law firm dedicated to servicing the needs of solopreneurs, small businesses, start-up's and real estate professionals, property managers, tradesmen, investors and professionals. Our clients include entrepreneurs, inventors, real estate investors, business owners, managers, executives and professionals. We also have attorneys who help clients with family law and immigration issues. I focus my practice on real estate and business matters. In my practice, I emphasize practical solutions that are preventative in nature and that serve to maximize my clients’ opportunities, while minimizing risks. Our real estate clients include residential and commercial investors, developers, builders, contractors, brokers, property managers and building trades. I routinely counse clients in real estate matters, business formations, financing, risk assessment and minimization, business transactions, employment agreements, buy-sell and confidentiality agreements, business succession plans, dispute resolution, and product sales and distribution arrangements. I am an entrepreneur, investor and business owner myself. My investments and companies provide a wide range of B2B and consumer products. And, I am actively involved in all aspects of those enterprises- from the marketing, organization, operations, sources, distribution and accounting.
