Matthew DiCianni

I focus my practice on helping employers resolve their labor issues. I represent employers in collective bargaining, union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, bargaining unit clarification issues, grievance arbitrations, and disciplinary issues, I also advise clients on a range of labor and employment issues. This includes advising clients on compliance with ERISA, the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. I have also created affirmative action policies, advised clients on employment discrimination issues, and drafted non-compete agreements. I have updated employee handbooks and personnel policies. I have given dozens of presentations and webinars on various labor and employment issues, including compliance with cannabis laws, the FFCRA, and negotiations with labor unions.
