I have a very varied legal background. Overall, I am an experienced commercial attorney and litigator. I have advised and represented commercial/residential real estate developers in the development, marketing and sale of real property (commercial and residential). I have also defended small and large real estate construction related firms, design professionals, product manufacturers, general contractors, and subcontractors in construction defect, product liability, toxic mold and complex business litigation matters. Further, I have advised and represented individuals, associations and businesses in civil litigation matters such as breach of contract, negligence and breach of warranty claims. Moreover, I have a great deal of transnational experience, legal document drafting, contractual/policy analysis, and real estate development. I serve as corporate counsel for various companies. Lastly, I have a great deal of bankruptcy and restructuring experience and handle all manner of bankruptcy from Chapter 7 consumer cases to Chapter 11 & 13 complex business/personal restructuring/reorganization.
