About Mattheus Stephens
Mattheus Stephens has more than 30 years of trial and litigation experience. He focuses his practice on helping clients navigate the lifecycle of employment litigation with a focus on defending against claims of discrimination, particularly those relating to gender and disability. With an emphasis on helping nonprofits, he also advises clients on wage and hour matters, conducts workplace investigations, and provides trainings on preventing discrimination and harassment, including gender and LGBTQ+ training. He also serves as a Continuing Lecturer at UCSD, which has helped him keep up with the latest in constitutional law and college fashion over the last 25 years.
