I am a Partner with Strategy& (PwC's strategy consulting business) and serve as a Lead Client Partner, and the global co-leader of PwC's Fit for Growth transformation practice. My personal expertise is in helping leadership teams achieve breakthrough results with business operating model, cost and performance transformations. I excel in working with senior leaders and leadership teams to help them make difficult choices about business improvement - and to steer through to success. I have earned my chops in orchestrating & steering complex multi-functional transformation programs, designing & implementing business operating models that really work in practice, helping people adopt change, and improving cost productivity in a way that is sustainable. I am also highly skilled in transforming G&A function performance and implementing next generation Global Business Services models. My latest work is around helping organizations meaningfully and practically innovate how they make money using AI. I believe AI is a transformative capability if implemented well, and I am passionate about learning how to do this better than anyone else.
