About Matt Kelley
Matt Kelley is a Partner at Howry, Breen & Herman, LLP in Austin, Texas where he practices civil litigation, representing individuals in personal injury, premises liability, and commercial liability cases. Prior to joining the firm, Matt represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of state and federal litigation, including civil, administrative, and criminal matters. He is a proud Aggie, having earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Texas A&M University in 2013 and graduated magna cum laude from Texas Tech School of Law in May of 2016. During law school, Matt served as one of the Law Review’s Comment Editors, charged with guiding 2L staff members through the Comment writing process. He was also a member of the Board of Barristers and competed in several moot court national competitions. During his first two summers of law school, Matt was a summer law clerk at the Texas Department of Public Safety, Office of General Counsel Division, in Austin; and the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, Consumer Protection, also in Austin.
