Mary Korona

Mary Jo S. Korona is a founding partner of Adams Leclair LLP, a litigation firm located in Rochester, New York. Her practice focuses on a wide variety of commercial and employment matters that include disputes among shareholders, partners and members of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies as they relate to buy outs, dissolutions and breaches of fiduciary duty. Mary Jo also represents municipalities in the defense of special proceedings that challenge town, zoning and planning board decisions.
