As a former Law Clerk and Associate of the insurance defense law firm Dwyer Connell & Lisbona I was mentored by highly-regarded New Jersey trial lawyers in various areas of civil litigation, including automobile accident and personal injury law, insurance coverage issues, automobile negligence, consumer fraud litigation and municipal court appearances. I also have additional legal experience in the areas of premises liability, criminal defense, police liability, medical malpractice, corporate formation and business law, landlord-tenant and real estate transactions, shareholder disputes, arbitration, family law, mediation and municipal appeals. I am highly committed to assisting individuals, families, and small businesses resolve their legal problems, with a focus on avoiding costly litigation by employing alternate dispute resolution techniques and settlement negotiation. The inspiration for Hammerman Rosen came in part from my father, Louis Hammerman MD, a respected primary care physician who treats generations of families.
