About Marty Judnich
From 2002-2005 I was a Deputy County Attorney prosecuting various criminal cases ranging from misdemeanor DUI crimes to Deliberate Homicide and other felonies for the Cascade County Attorneys Office in Great Falls, Montana. I earned a wealth of knowledge from trial experience and was involved in daily litigation. In 2005 I left prosecution work to open The Law Office of Martin W. Judnich P.C., also known as the Judnich Law Office focusing on personal injury cases and criminal defense. Working at a personal injury law firm during college, since 1996 I have been actively involved in personal injury law and assisting those that have been injured by others. Our current office focuses practice on personal injury law and criminal defense law within the State of Montana in State and Federal Courts. I am also one of a few Montana attorneys admitted to the United States Supreme Court to practice. In 2014 our office is expanding our practice to include Family Law and Divorce matters.
